Latina X Studio requires every person participating as a performer in adult production to be at least 18 years old. Before participating in content subject to applicable requirements, identity and date of birth are verified using current government-issued identification.
For productions covered by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and, when applicable, § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Latina X Studio maintains required records concerning performer identity, age, and names used. These records are kept privately and separately from each model’s public profile.
Applicable records are maintained by Latina X Studio’s designated records custodian at the location listed below.
Identification documents, legal names, dates of birth, and other compliance records are not part of the public model directory. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and legally required inspections.
